- warm-up vessel by filling it with hot water
- bring water to a rolling boil 100º C / 212º F
- add 1 tsp tea leaves per cup
- steep for 3 to 5 minutes
- remove tea leaves
- enjoy!

- heat water to 80º C / 176º F
- add 1 tsp tea leaves per cup
- steep for 2 to 3 minutes
- remove tea leaves
- enjoy!
- warm-up vessel by filling it with hot water
- heat water to 70º C / 158º F
- add 2 tsp tea leaves per cup
- steep for 2 to 5 minutes
- remove tea leaves
- enjoy!
- warm-up vessel by filling it with hot water
- heat water to 70-90º C / 158º-194º
- add 1 tsp tea leaves per cup
- steep for 2 to 5 minutes
- remove tea leaves
- enjoy!
