Beautiful mug with lots of capacity. Came well packaged. I only handwashed it despite being dishwasher safe. Mug cracked along the bottom and up the side when I poured water for my tea. Was making green tea so water was about 80oC when the crack happened. Not sure what caused it to crack (pressure riser from manufacturing or something else?). I also have the frog one so hoping that one stays okay.
We are very sorry to hear about the cracked mug. It must have a hair line crack already without being noticed before packing. This is the first one, we hear about cracking, in that line from Tealogic. Please contact us at weborders@teadesire.com to discuss if you would like either a replacement shipped or a refund for this mug. You can also reach out to us via a phone call at 250-836-4832. Thank you and have a great day. Your Tea Desire Team

This tea has very unique, rich flavors, it's a real special treat!
I definitely will reorder!
I mix Ashwagandha with Chamomile tea in the evening for relaxation.
This is very good quality!
This is one of the best black teas I have ever tried. It is expensive but I do plan to order again and really savour it.
I'm a sucker for anything black current so tried a sampler of this. Then went back for 200g. Champagne Cassis is the perfect name: definite black current but also fragrant, balanced fruity/herbal, and with something effervescent about the flavour. Great in the summer as iced tea (cold brew for the win), also great the rest of the year no matter what the temperature (of the beverage or the outdoors). I really really hope this never gets retired.
Full-bodied but not tannic, fantastic Irish Breakfast tea. It's my go-to first tea of the day.
